The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) also contain legal information on your rights in accordance with the regulations governing distance contracts and electronic business transaction.

1. scope / definitions

1.1 All services and deliveries of Werksräder24 GmbH, Karl-Ferdinand-Braun Str. 31, 50170 Kerpen, Germany via the local Internet shop are subject to these General Terms and Conditions. Deviating conditions of the buyer are hereby expressly contradicted. These shall not become part of the contract by delivery of the goods or by any other implied act.
1.2 A consumer within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly neither be attributed to his commercial nor his self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his independent professional or commercial activity.

2. contractual partner

A contract of sale is concluded with Werksräder24 GmbH, represented by CEO Andre Carreno, Karl-Ferdinand-Braun Str. 31, 50170 Kerpen, Germany.

3. order procedure

You order in our shop by
1. add article to shopping cart
2. proceed to checkout
3. log in as a registered customer, register as a new customer or order as a guest without logging in
4. enter or check your delivery and billing address
5. select the shipping method and the payment method
6. take note of our terms and conditions and the revocation instruction and confirm this
7. confirm the correctness of your data by clicking on the button "Payable order" at the end.

4. offer and conclusion of contract

4.1 Your order represents a binding offer to us to conclude a purchase contract. With your order you declare bindingly that you would like to purchase the ordered goods.
4.2 You will receive a copy of the order data with the order confirmation e-mail, which you can save. This confirmation of receipt expressly does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
4.3 A sales contract is only concluded when we accept your binding order by delivery of the goods, or by confirming the acceptance in text form by a separate transport information/shipping notification by e-mail. Your order will be accepted within five working days at the latest.
4.4 Contrary to the above, in the case of an order with the prepayment payment method, a purchase contract is already concluded when the request for payment is sent by e-mail. The request for payment will be sent within five working days after your order at the latest.
4.5 The contract is concluded exclusively in German.

5. correction of input errors / saving of the contract text

5.1 You can correct the contract declaration made by you in the context of the order at any time before sending by clicking on the "Edit" button. After sending the order, a correction is no longer possible.
5.2 Your orders are stored with us until the purchase transaction is completed. If you should lose your documents to your orders, please contact us by e-mail. We will be happy to send you a copy of your order as long as your order has not yet been processed. After complete delivery of the ordered goods, we will delete the order data subject to the statutory retention periods and can no longer make them available.

6. prices and shipping costs

6.1 The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax plus shipping costs.
6.2 In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for the delivery. The shipping costs are clearly indicated on the shipping cost overview, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

7. Lieferung

7.1 The delivery takes place exclusively within Germany and in countries you see here Zahlung & Versand .
7.2 The delivery time within Germany is a maximum of seven working days. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period shall commence on the day following the issue of the payment order to the transferring bank. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, such day shall be replaced by the next working day.
7.3. The delivery time to other European countries is a maximum of 14 working days. In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery shall commence on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

8. payment

8.1 The payment takes place after choice of the buyer by Vorkasse (transfer), by Paypal, Klarna or by payment with collection.
8.2 If you pay in advance, you will receive the payment data with a separate message. Payment must be received by us within 8 days of receipt of this notification.
8.3 When choosing the payment method Paypal, please follow the payment instructions after completing the order. PayPal is the online payment service with which you can pay your purchases easily and quickly. Please inform yourself about the opening of an account at PayPal on the Internet at: www.paypal.de. As soon as the payment is booked, we deliver the goods taking into account the stated delivery times..
8.4 In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. The payment is made to Klarna:

  • Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, provision of the service. The invoice conditions can be found here.
  • Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service you can pay your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the cash register. Payment by instalments is due at the end of each month after Klarna has sent you a monthly invoice.   • The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit assessment.     10. warranty

    10.1 The limitation period for statutory warranty claims shall be two years, in the case of delivery to entrepreneurs within the meaning of Clause 1.2 one year. In the case of delivery of used goods, the period of limitation for warranty claims shall always be one year. The period begins in each case with the date of the delivery, i.e. receipt of the thing by the buyer to run.

    11.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the customer, who is a consumer, has his habitual residence is withdrawn.
