Delivery & Shipping
Our complete wheels and tyres are shipped by DPD. Aluminium rims are shipped by GLS as standard. To ensure maximum protection during the transport of complete wheel sets and aluminium rims, we use only professional and safe packaging. Wheel sets and rim sets are delivered in four securely packed shipments, if possible at the same time, so that the receipt is optimised for our customers.
Shipping conditions
The delivery takes place exclusively within Germany and in countries of the European Union.

Shipping terms
The delivery takes place exclusively within Germany and in countries of the European Union.
Delivery times
As far as no other period is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within the country (Germany) will take place within 1 - 5 days, in case of foreign deliveries within 3 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment order). Please note that on weekends and holidays there is usually no delivery.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
Special notes
Please note that for deliveries outside Europe additional fees and customs duties will be charged. These costs are to be borne by the customer. In addition, some countries have remote areas - so-called Remote Areas - where the shipping costs may differ from the prices listed in our shop. Please contact us for further price information.
